On Friday, TMZ said that Zac, 36, was briefly hospitalized in Spain after what a spokesman for the actor described as a “minor swimming incident.”
His spokesman told People magazine he was hospitalized as a precaution before being released the next morning, adding that he was “fine.”
The circumstances behind the incident remained unclear.
On Sunday, the actor shared a snapshot of himself shirtless and working out in his verified Instagram account’s Stories section. It is unclear when the photograph was taken.
