Rocker Tommy Lee Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman In Helicopter In 2003

According to a recent complaint, rocker Tommy Lee was accused of sexually abusing a lady in the cockpit of a helicopter in 2003.

According to paperwork that TMZ obtained, the Motley Crue drummer allegedly assaulted the unnamed woman by “forcibly groping, kissing, penetrating her with his fingers, and attempting to force her to perform oral copulation.”

The lawsuit claims that Mr Lee’s pilot, David Martz, “lured” her onto a flight with the musician in February 2003. She claims that the men were drinking and using drugs at the time of the assault.

According to the lawsuit, the victim met pilot Mr Martz a year before in San Diego. She alleged that he later offered to take her on a sightseeing excursion in his helicopter.

According to the woman, when she arrived for the trip, Mr Martz informed her that there had been a last-minute change of plans and that they would be driving Mr Lee to Los Angeles instead.

“Within a matter of minutes of being airborne, Martz pulled out alcohol he had stored in the helicopter and began to mix drinks,” according to the lawsuit, which TMZ obtained.

The woman claimed she was told to “relax” before sitting on Mr Lee’s lap. She also claims that both males were using cocaine, smoking marijuana, and drinking on the aircraft.

According to the complaint, the woman felt “immense pressure,” and as soon as she got to the front of the plane, Mr Lee began to grope and kiss her. He “became more forceful” later on, she claimed.

According to the lawsuit, Lee “pulled down his pants and attempted to force the plaintiff’s head toward his genitals.” Plaintiff was in tears by this point, but she had nowhere to go—she was imprisoned with minimal movement to leave the cockpit.”

According to the complaint, Mr. Martz “merely watched,” and said nothing to her after dropping off Mr. Lee and flying the woman back to San Diego.

According to the lawsuit, the woman did not speak with Mr Martz for several years after the occurrence. He died in 2015 as a result of an airplane accident.

The event and claimed sexual assault left the woman in “great shock, distress, humiliation, shame, and guilt,” according to TMZ. She claimed she did not initially report the event because she did not believe police would believe her.

The woman has identified Mayhem Touring, Tommy Lee Inc., Natural High Helicopters, and Social Helicopters as defendants in addition to Mr Lee.

According to The Daily Beast, Mr Martz had lost his pilot’s license three times before his death, including once in 2009 when he had oral sex with an adult film star while driving his helicopter.
