2023: Tiger Woods’ Ex-Girlfriend Erica Herman Drops Appeal And Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations

Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, has dropped her appeal to overturn a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and she has also disputed sexual harassment charges leveled against the golfer.

Tiger was accused in a May complaint of having a sexual connection with Herman while she worked for him at his South Florida restaurant, The Woods Jupiter, and then forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement or risk losing her job.

Herman’s lawyer argued in a filing at the time that “a boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment.”

According to fresh court documents obtained by CNN and dated November 10, Herman filed an official notice to withdraw her appeal to nullify an NDA, which she claimed compelled “confidential arbitration in all disputes between” her and Woods.

“In dismissing this appeal, Erica Herman states that she was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such,” according to the court’s ruling.

CNN has reached out to Woods’ agency and legal counsel. CNN has also contacted Herman’s team for comment.

According to court documents and prior CNN reporting, Herman dropped a lawsuit he had filed in October 2022 that claimed the 47-year-old golfer’s trust had broken the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act by breaching an oral tenancy agreement and sought damages “in excess of $30,000,000.”

Tiger is a professional golfer known for his exceptional skill and numerous victories in major tournaments. He has won 15 major championships, making him one of the most successful golfers in history.
