(VOR News) – Texas’ Arch Manning practice began with Quinn Ewers injured. The teenage footballer from a prominent family scored immediately.

In the second quarter, Arch Manning came in for Ewers and ran for 67 yards. On Saturday, the No. 2 Longhorns trounced UTSA 56-7 thanks to four touchdown passes from him.

Texas led 14-0 when Ewers left with strained abdominal muscles, according to coach Steve Sarkisian. Brown got a 19-yard touchdown throw from Arch Manning on his opening play. UTSA (1-2) defenders chased him down, but he scored again on a lengthy run on Texas’ next drive.
