(VOR News) – A medical ambulance plane carrying a small child was involved in an accident close to Philadelphia International Airport on Friday night.

The terrifying seconds leading up to the collision are captured on audio from Northeast Philadelphia Airport’s air traffic control tower.

The recording, which was made in the last seconds before the jet took off, was just acquired by Fox News Digital. Conversations between the Learjet 55’s operators, who were making desperate attempts to communicate with the aircraft before it crashed, can be heard.

Philadelphia’s air traffic controller asks, “What’s happening below?”

As a result of our comprehension, it has been discovered that an airplane has vanished. There is a lot of mistrust and uncertainty about what happened.

When another air traffic controller was notified of this issue, he said, “We are trying to determine the situation.” No one will be able to enter or exit the area since the field will be blocked.

The airline in charge of the aircraft, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, determined that it was a Learjet 55. At approximately 6:30 p.m., the information was made public. Passengers were informed of this information when they departed Northeast Philadelphia Airport.

According to the firm, two passengers and four staff members were among the six people on board the aircraft at the time of the event. This crew included the patient’s mother, a paramedic, a doctor, a pilot, a copilot, and a young patient.

Moreover, the mother of the child was not present. All of the individuals in question identified themselves as Mexican citizens. Six people were on board the aircraft, according to confirmation from the Federal Aviation Administration. The plane was headed to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri, according to evidence.

The patient was a Mexican national seeking life-saving medical care in the United States, according to Air Ambulance spokeswoman Shai Gold in an interview with Fox News Digital. She was given permission to go back to her residence after finishing her treatment.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, retired Philadelphia pilot John Anderson said a takeoff stall was likely the cause of the tragedy. Examination of the crash video and the way the plane struck the ground led to this conclusion.

Despite their best efforts, the crew was unable to keep the aircraft under control.

“Controlled flight into terrain” is also known as CFIT in Philadelphia.

“It was a medical flight with a stretcher on board and the stretcher was not properly secured. It may have rolled rearward,” he claimed, meaning that the stretcher would have gone backward in such a case.

Because of this, the snout would rise, keeping the wings motionless. “If this is the situation,” he said, “the angle in the video will result in the nose curving downward into a concavity.” I’m inclined to believe that the Philadelphia occurrence was probably a stall in the wings because it happened soon after takeoff and early in the ascent.

While there are many reasons why a halt could occur, this is probably the root cause. One of two things may have caused this: either the trim detached or the stabilizer failed.

67 people were killed in a crash near Reagan National Airport. An Philadelphia American Airlines plane and an Army chopper were engaged in the incident.

It had been about 48 hours since the first incident near Reagan National Airport. Even though the period is so short, the disaster that took place on Friday night is hardly mentioned.
