Trudeau Defy’s the Spirit and Intent of the UNDRIP Protocols

Trudeau’s insidious claim that we have genocide in Canada

We are living in strange and challenging times. Trudeau continues to defy the spirit and intent of the UNDRIP protocols, by segregating Indigenous people to award them special rights, including the right to veto land use and resource development, while the remaining 94% of Canadians are not being consulted.

He became the ‘King-of-Genocide’ when he invited the Pope to Yellowknife and asked him to apologise, in front of the whole world, about a genocide that never took place.

He is rewarding the media six-hundred-million of our scarce tax dollars every year, for spinning his vile Indigenous narrative about 1600 children buried in those residential schools graveyards insisting it was genocide, without a shed of evidence.

Instead of excavating to look for the truth, the search has become a massive hoax promoted by Trudeau to cover his massive blunder. The Chiefs and their lawyers have hi-jacket this disaster, transforming it into a big scam, filling their pockets, while working Canadians are taxed out of their homes.

The media is selling it’s soul and sacred claim to freedom of the press, for spinning Trudeau’s insidious claim that we have genocide in Canada, while it is denying Canadians the honest debate we desperately need to resolve this Truth and Reconciliation disaster.

To add insult to injury, Trudeau has also committed 40 billion dollars to take care of 40,000 Indigenous children that are the exclusive responsibility of their parents, which is about 1.75 million dollars FOR EACH CHILD for baby formula, diapers, and babysitters, an insane amount of money, bordering larcenous dispositions of public funds.

It’s no wonder our nation’s debt has doubled during Trudeau’s nine-year tenure. Government spending is spiralling out of control, a projected 62-billion-dollar deficit this fiscal year alone.

The Chiefs and their lawyers are fighting evolution, insisting on living in the past, but yesterday is gone. The wild berries, buffalo, and the fish have all been replaced with cows, pigs, and poultry. Our fruits and vegetables are produced in garden markets around the world.

Our politicians and the media abandoned their search for the truth while our education and healthcare systems are crashing. How ugly does it have to get, before we put an end to this insanity? – Andy Thomsen – Kelowna, B.C.

UNDRIP Protocols

The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) is a document that outlines the rights of Indigenous peoples and the principles that should guide their treatment:

Principles

The four key principles of UNDRIP are self-determination, participation in decision-making, respect for and protection of culture, and equality and non-discrimination.

Rights

The UNDRIP includes 46 articles that describe a variety of rights, including:

  • The right to be recognized as distinct peoples
  • The right to free, prior, and informed consent
  • The right to be free from discrimination
  • The right to life, physical and mental integrity, liberty, and security of person
  • The right to nationality

Protections

The UNDRIP also protects Indigenous peoples’ cultural rights, lands, territories, resources, and the environment.

Adoption

The UNDRIP was adopted by a majority of 144 states on September 13, 2007. Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand initially voted against the declaration, but have since reversed their positions. Canada became the first of these countries to adopt the UNDRIP into law in 2021.
