Flooding warnings were also issued in Tennessee and Arkansas.
Snowstorms are forecast for the Northeast over the weekend, while tornadoes may impact the Mississippi Valley. Governor Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia announced a state of emergency in 10 southern counties on Saturday due to flooding and substantial rainfall.
