Florida’s Bradenton — Mick Jagger, the lead singer for the Rolling Stones, and Melanie Hamrick, a dancer, have listed their Florida residence for sale.
The waterfront house has four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, according to a listing on Realtor.com, and the Jagger connection is a major selling point.
The listing summary quotes a line from the well-known Stones song, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want, But This House Is Definitely What You Need,” saying, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want, but This House Is Definitely What You Need!” In the prestigious gated community of The Lake Club, this spectacular, custom-built Rutenberg home was created with solitude in mind.
In October 2020, Jagger and Hamrick paid just over $1.9 million for the house in the Lakewood Ranch neighborhood east of Bradenton along the Gulf Coast. Hamrick was the registered owner of the property, which was picked mostly because her family resides nearby. In 2010, its initial purchasing cost was $1.2 million.
Mick Jagger, the lead singer for the Rolling Stones, and Melanie Hamrick, a dancer, have listed their Florida residence for sale.
More than 5,700 square feet (529 square meters) of living space, a heated saltwater pool, three balconies, a bell tower, premium kitchen appliances, remote-controlled window coverings, and a sizable cinema room with a wet bar are among the features listed in the overview of the house.
The listing claims, “The possibilities for that room are endless.”
Deveraux, the couple’s 6-year-old kid, is the offspring of Jagger, a 79-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, and 36-year-old Hamrick. They live all around the world, including in New York City. Since 2014, Jagger has been dating Hamrick, a former dancer and choreographer for the American Ballet Theatre.
