The situation for Meryl Streep and Don Gummer is complicated.
Their longstanding partnership ended years ago, according to a statement from her representative to E! News.
“Don Gummer and Meryl Streep have been separated for more than 6 years,” according to the representative, “and while they will always care for each other, they have chosen lives apart.”

Their romantic relationship spans several decades, and Gummer accompanied Streep to her very first Oscars in 1979 as a newlywed. Concerning their son, he pursued a career in the music industry as Henry Wolfe.
