Kevin Costner would want to clarify a few points.
During a recent interview with Howard Stern, the actor addressed rumors that he is dating singer Jewel.
“Jewel and I are friends.” We’ve never gone out before,” Costner added. “She’s amazing, and I don’t want these rumors to harm our friendship, which is what we have. She is special to me. She’s attractive enough to go out with.

Costner, who is promoting his new film “Horizon: An American Saga,” claimed that the rumors began after he, Jewel, Emma Watson, and seven others “who weren’t celebrities” were invited to visit Richard Branson’s Necker Island.
Costner claimed he had “tremendous conversations” with her and Watson.
“I’ve had conversations with [Jewel] text wise, and she’s so smart, and she’s been through a lot herself, and so we have a friendship,” he continued. “We don’t have a romance, and we’ve not dated.”

Not that he doesn’t think she is attractive.
“She is gorgeous and intelligent enough to do all of those things. “It’s just never happened for us,” Costner explained. “She’s everything you might think, but it hasn’t happened.”
His other loves include “Yellowstone”.
After Stern expressed his admiration for the popular Paramount series in which Costner played for five years, the actor responded that he, too, enjoys it.
However, he will not return to play patriarch John Dutton until “the planets want to align up.”

“Which means the storylines, the scripts and then I want to work more than once a year,” stated Costner. “To accomplish this, specific times must be set aside. When that isn’t possible, that doesn’t work for me anymore.”
“Horizon” is set to be a series of films, with Costner co-writing, co-producing, directing, and acting in the first.
