(LOS ANGELES) – In civil court documents, “Nope” actor Keke Palmer claims that her ex-boyfriend, with whom she has a son, subjected her to physical and emotional abuse.
The request for a domestic violence restraining order against Darius Jackson, 29, was filed this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Judge Wendy L. Wilcox issued an interim order on Thursday until a hearing on December 5.
Messages left on voicemail for Jackson were left at a number associated with his address, as indicated in the court filing. The documents did not name any solicitors who could speak on his behalf.
Recent and historical incidents of violence were detailed in a legal declaration signed by the actor’s true identity, Lauren Palmer. She claimed she dated Jackson from June 2021 until the relationship terminated in October of this year due to physical and emotional abuse.
“On Sunday, November 5, Darius broke into my house, assaulted me, knocked me over my couch, pinned me down, and stole my phone after I threatened to call the cops.” “This was all captured on home surveillance video,” according to the declaration.

Palmer, 30, also claimed an incident with their baby, born in February. Palmer claimed Jackson began ‘becoming aggressive’ with the infant while changing his diaper, and she intervened, leading to what she described as a tug of battle.’ Palmer claimed that Jackson hit her head and stormed out as she finished the nappy change.
Palmer is suing for sole legal and physical custody of their son. Palmer’s representatives did not immediately respond to emails seeking comment from the star.
