2023: Justin Long and Kate Bosworth Are Married!

He’s madly in love with Kate.

According to the May 9 episode of his podcast Life is Short, Justin Long and Kate Bosworth have married.

The actor announced his new marriage status while reliving his time in Bulgaria, where the couple filmed the film Barbarian.

“I was there while I was like really falling in love with my now-wife,” he told Kyra Sedgwick, a visitor. “She came to visit, and I’d never felt at ease with…set visits.” I prefer to keep the relationship apart… But, sure, I loved having her there, and we had the best time.”

“Having her there helped me,” the 44-year-old stated. She’d assist me with scenes. It was fantastic.” (Aside from Barbarian, Justin and Kate appeared in the 2022 film House of Darkness.)

During an Amazon Live video with Justin on May 15, Kate, 40, appeared to confirm the wedding by showing off her putative wedding band, which she wore alongside her engagement ring.

Justin only confirmed the couple’s engagement this month after fueling romance rumors in January 2022.

He’s madly in love with Kate.

“She said YES… to appearing on @lifeisshortpodcast!” “And to other slightly more life-changing questions,” he said on April 4 on Instagram, with a photo of Kate’s huge engagement ring. “I will be eternally grateful to have found a partner who makes each day SO full, whose mere presence IS a reminder of the beauty and brevity of life, and who makes me laugh from the moment we wake up until the moment I reluctantly fall asleep.” I treasure the days we’ve had and the ones ahead.”

Kate also toasted the engagement with a few quips about their previous movie roles. “These are funny things to announce,” she remarked on Instagram. “How do I do this correctly?” Is he going the extra mile? I have a Blue Crush? Is he really that into me? I won a date with…??? Okay, you got it!”

Of course, the actress got personal in her post, describing how her love gives her “endless peace and radical wonder.”

What about the proposal? Kate described the gesture as “romantic, honest, and loving” during an interview on his podcast on April 4.

“It was just a moment where it felt so organic,” Justin recounted, “and it felt connected to something very, very deeply, profoundly personal that we were going through—a real life change—and so it came out in a very organic way.”

Kate was married to Michael Polish from 2013 to 2021, while Justin dated Drew Barrymore and Amanda Seyfried.
