Jeremy Renner is giving fans another look into his mending process.
The Hawkeye actor described his journey to recovery ten months after his snowplow tragedy.
“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since January 14…,” Renner stated in an Instagram post on November 6. “Everyday, countless hours of physical therapy, peptide injections, iv drips and pushes, stem cell and exosomes, red light / IR therapy, hyperbaric chamber 2.0 atmospheres, cold plunge, and the list goes on and on….”
But what he claims helped him the most?
“My greatest therapy has been my mind and the will to be here and push to recover and be better…. Be exceptional…” he went on to say. “I believe I must do so.” Not to waste my life after being spared but to give back to my family, friends, and all of you who have enabled me to endure. I want to thank everyone. #loveandtitanium.”

The Hurt Locker star was driving a PistenBully to tow a truck stranded in the snow on his driveway onto the street, according to a Washoe County Sheriff’s Office report acquired by E! News at the time. According to the complaint, Renner pulled the snow groomer up the street and turned it around after finishing the task with the help of his nephew Alex Fries and disconnecting the vehicles.
According to the investigation, the 52-year-old exited the snow groomer without using the emergency brake to avoid hitting Fries and was eventually “pulled under the vehicle by the track.”
Renner was flown to a hospital in Reno by care flight and underwent surgery, with his family racing to his side and his Avengers co-stars sending heartfelt sentiments. He then revealed to his Instagram followers that the accident caused him to break more than 30 bones.

Renner keeps fans updated on his health after revealing on January 17 that he’d returned home from the hospital, sharing everything from his training on an anti-gravity treadmill and his “mental recovery” to the support he’s received from his 10-year-old daughter Ava.
And as he moves forward, with his red carpet debut in April, the Marvel star has tried to retain a positive attitude.
“Positive daily routines have been a solid foundation in my recovery,” Renner said in an Instagram post on September 2. “Build your mind first, and the body will follow.” I make it a point to do leg motions and stretches every day… With movement, ‘grease’ rises inside my metal/joints… removes scar tissue, and strengthens muscles and tendons to have more Cooperative assistance. If you’re struggling, remember that your attitude will dictate every waking minute from now on… Let go of the past and move on with positive intent, and you will be supplied. I swear.”
