Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams Expecting Twins Via Surrogate In 2024

Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams believe in fatherhood.

The YouTube celebrity and his husband, Ryland Adams announced on July 7 that they are expecting twins via surrogate.

In a video captioned “WE’RE PREGNANT,” the couple filmed their travel to Washington to meet with their surrogate for an ultrasound. They learned there, as seen in the 17-minute film, that their surrogate is pregnant with fraternal twins.

“That was such a surreal experience,” Ryland, 32, exclaimed while holding up a sonogram, adding that hearing the twins’ heartbeats was “what got me.”

While Shane, 34, noticed that the twins “looked healthy, their heartbeats were strong, and the measurements were good,” he added the doctor believed the twins “looked healthy, their heartbeats were strong, and the measurements were good.”

“With our surrogate’s history,” the content producer said, “everything looks really good.”

Shane (born Shane Yaw) and Ryland also announced the names of their twins, including a title card in the video that read: “Jet Adams Yaw.” Yaw, Max Adams. Due 1/4/24.The pregnancy announcement comes six months after Shane and Ryland married in a Colorado courthouse on January 3. Nine days later, the couple uploaded a photo of themselves kissing on Instagram, adding, “We’re married!!” “It was the best day of my life.”

In a Jan. 12 vlog commemorating their wedding day, Ryland said that the pair hoped to start a family soon, so “it’s about time that the two of us got married.”

“One day,” Shane joked, “we’ll look back at it with our kids and [they’ll be] like, ‘Daddies are gross.'”
