Rihanna has welcomed a new CEO to the Savage X Fenty family.

According to Vogue Business, the singer, who has been the Chief Executive Officer of the lingerie company since its inception in 2018, will stand down on June 26. Rihanna picked Hillary Super, the former CEO of Anthropologie Group, to succeed her.

“It’s been beautiful to see our vision for Savage X Fenty impact the industry at such an incredible magnitude over the last five years,” Rihanna stated in a statement acquired by Vogue Business. “This is just the beginning for us, and we will continue to grow in ways that are always relevant to the consumer.”

The Grammy winner expressed her optimism for her brand’s future: “I’m so grateful and excited to welcome Hillary Super as our new CEO—she is a strong leader and is focused on taking the business to an even higher level.”

Hillary, who has also held leadership roles at American Eagle, Guess, Old Navy, and Gap, mirrored Rihanna’s thoughts.

Rihanna has welcomed a new CEO to the Savage X Fenty family.

In a statement to Vogue Business, she said, “I’m thrilled to join the Savage X Fenty family.” The brand is a lingerie and apparel industry giant, and its constant commitment to championing inclusion and fearlessness is inspiring.”

The leadership transition comes only a month after Rihanna celebrated the fifth anniversary of Savage X Fenty. The “Umbrella” singer, expecting her second child with A$AP Rocky, flaunted her baby bump in a steamy photograph to commemorate the occasion.

RiRi wore a black bralette, boxers from the company, black heels, and a sleek fringe haircut. She posed in an office setting, complete with printer and filing cabinets, and tossed paper around while posing for the camera.

Rihanna joked on Instagram on May 11, “it’s giving…call HR!!”

Rihanna founded her cosmetics company Fenty Beauty in 2017 alongside Savage X Fenty and still serves as CEO. According to Forbes, the brand will be worth $2 billion in August 2021.
