A 43-year-old man pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanour stalking charge against Drew Barrymore and was released without bail Friday morning after agreeing to stay away from Barrymore and wear a tracking device for 60 days.

According to a news release issued by Lt. Todd Spencer, a spokeswoman for the Southampton Town Police, the 43-year-old Washington, D.C. resident was detained Thursday at 11:59 p.m. local time and jailed on a misdemeanour charge of stalking in the fourth degree.
Busto was detained overnight before appearing in Southampton Town Justice Court on Monday morning, where he pleaded not guilty and was freed without bond after promising to stay away from Barrymore for 60 days and wear a tracking device, according to ABC 7.
According to the Santa Monica Daily Press, Busto has been arrested in Georgia, Minnesota, Florida, and California for disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, trespassing, and other offences.
