On April 1 (PST), the 50th Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibition (OFC), a major global event for optical communication, kicked off at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, USA.
Shenglong Electric, a prominent Chinese company in smart grid and energy management, showcased two standout products: the AI-iPanel and iDrip 5.0. The AI-iPanel is an AI-driven medium- and low-voltage switchgear, while iDrip 5.0 serves as a smart building management system featuring metaverse and digital twin technology. These innovations are set to reshape how electricity is used and managed.
The AI-iPanel, a patented product, combines speaking, thinking, and management capabilities, pushing power distribution equipment into the AI era. By integrating AI with power technology, it makes electricity usage safer, more efficient, and smarter.
The iDrip system, equipped with IoT technology, offers complete lifecycle management for buildings and infrastructure. Using iDrip 5.0, Shenglong has developed a digital twin platform for China’s National Communication Center for Science and Technology.
This initiative paved the way for the first AI-driven smart IoT building, a metaverse operation and maintenance facility, and a green, AI-operated building. Both products can be customized to meet unique customer needs.
