Freshworks, a top provider of AI-driven service software, has partnered with Unisys (NYSE: UIS), a global leader in technology solutions. Through this collaboration, Unisys will offer Freshworks’ modern IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including Freshservice and Device42.

This alliance highlights both companies’ dedication to supporting mid-market businesses, a group often overlooked and overcharged in the ITSM industry.

“Our partnership with Unisys reflects a shared belief that IT services need a fresh perspective,” said Laura Padilla, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Partners at Freshworks.

“Together, we’re delivering simple, user-friendly software that empowers IT, operations, and business teams to provide outstanding service experiences without unnecessary complexity. Unisys’ expertise and global reach make them the perfect partner to help us grow quickly in both the mid-market and enterprise sectors.”

As the first large-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) to join Freshworks’ ecosystem, Unisys opens a new channel to expand Freshworks’ market presence. Operating in over 120 countries, Unisys serves industries such as finance, government, and commercial sectors, making them a valuable partner.

Recently, Unisys secured a deal with a mid-sized industrial company based in the U.S. The company chose Freshservice as its ITSM solution, replacing its previous provider, and successfully implemented the platform in less than 12 weeks.

This achievement underscores the ease, speed, and value Freshservice offers, strengthening Unisys’ enterprise-service management portfolio.

“We’re excited to collaborate with Freshworks to deliver tailored solutions for mid-market and large enterprise clients,” said Patrycja Sobera, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys.

“This partnership brings together our global IT expertise with Freshworks’ innovative ITSM tools, enabling us to enhance operations and deliver remarkable service experiences for our clients.”

Freshworks’ partner network, which includes over 500 active partners, continues to expand with this strategic alliance. By teaming up with Unisys, Freshworks is positioned for significant growth while continuing its mission to make ITSM accessible for mid-sized businesses worldwide.
